Faced with the dilemma of long-term dependence on external factors for core technology of small fuses, Lei Qiaolin led a team to focus on the field of small fuses, presided over 4 national and provincial scientific research projects, authorized 3 invention patents, and formulated 13 high-tech electronic standards for filing, breaking through technical barriers and igniting the flame of hope on the road of technological self-reliance and self-improvement with "small fuses" one by one, pushing "Made in China" to "Made in China", demonstrating the mission and responsibility of serving the country with science and technology.
In the technical breakthrough project of small fuse production line, he led the team to overcome difficulties and built the first high-quality small fuse production line in China, solving technical barriers and achieving international advanced technical level. Successfully developed surface mounted fuses, solving the industry challenges faced by high current fuses.
With the rapid development of commercial satellites, new requirements have been put forward for miniaturization, low cost, and high reliability of fuses. He led the fuse team to develop an all solid state tubular fuse with a volume only 1/10 of the benchmark product, which has obvious performance advantages and solves the problem of continuous discharge of traditional tubular fuses after melting under low air pressure, high voltage, and high current. At present, the product has been approved by the customer and has obtained market orders. It is expected to become the first all solid state tubular fuse in the commercial aerospace field in the future.

Lei Qiaolin takes it as his responsibility to serve the country through industry and has written a legend from a pursuer to a leader. Relying on the advantages of electronic materials and electronic components industry possessed by Zhenhua Yunke, Lei Qiaolin led the team to develop more than 10 high-performance fuses. Among them, surface mounted fuses have made breakthrough progress in maximum rated current, helping Zhenhua Yunke to become a leading enterprise in China with multiple fuse models, complete specifications, high quality levels, wide application models, and high market share. This not only enhances the company's market competitiveness and corporate image, but also drives the progress and development of the entire fuse industry. Over the course of five years, he led the business unit to achieve a year-on-year increase of 340% in the company's output value, becoming a strong engine for regional economic takeoff.

We have conscientiously implemented the deployment requirements of our superiors and established a deep cooperation mechanism with Guizhou Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College. Through the "school enterprise cooperation, industry education integration" model, we have led our team to extend the classroom to the front line of production, forming a closed-loop training system of theoretical teaching, workshop training, and project practice. We have trained 41 senior technicians and opened up the "last mile" of school enterprise joint education.
